Mr Ng Kim Tuck is our Independent Non-Executive Director. He was appointed to the Board on 26 May 2026

Mr Ng Kim Tuck is a Council Member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants ("MICPA") and was previously a Council Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants ("MIA").

He began his career with Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co. (now known as KPMG PLT, Malaysia) in 1974 and was seconded to the firm's Houston office from 1979 to 1981. He became a partner of KPMG PLT in 1985 and retired in December 2010. During his tenure, he held key leadership roles, including Partner-in-Charge of the Audit Division, Risk Management Partner, Finance Partner, and Partner-in-Charge of Ethics and Independence. He also chaired the firm's Audit and Accounting Committee, providing guidance on technical and professional matters.

Following his retirement from KPMG PLT, Mr Ng served as Senior Audit Advisor to BDO Malaysia from January 2011 until April 2023.

Mr Ng has been actively involved in the Malaysian accounting profession, serving on committees and working groups under the MIA, MICPA, and the Malaysian Accounting Standards Board.

He has been a Board member of Tan Chong International Limited, a company listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, since 2011 and currently serves as Chairman of its Audit Committee.
